Shipping costs for deliveries within Germany:

For deliveries up to an order value of 30 euros, we charge a shipping fee of 2.99 euros, deliveries from 30.01 euros order value will be delivered postage free. Delivery is made by Deutsche Post, DHL or Hermes Versanddienst.

You are also welcome to pick up your orders in person. There are no shipping costs for this. For this, a telephone appointment is necessary. Phone: 06106 / 18096

Certain articles like movies and PC & video games, which are marked as "No youth release according to §14 JuSchG" (or have not received an age rating at all), can only be shipped within Germany with special shipping for articles without youth release.

We offer you as a private customer (no company address, packing station address, or different address) to deliver these products with the special service of DHL "Ident-Check: The reliable identity and age check" in Germany. The following points should be noted for this delivery method:

Please note that there are costs of 2.99 euros for this delivery method, regardless of the order value. These are shown in the shopping cart and are payable to us together with the invoice amount.

Delivery conditions:

Hand delivery: the recipient must be personally present to receive the delivery (no representation possible). The identity and legal age of the recipient will be verified. For this purpose, a valid identity card or passport must be presented (a valid identity card or passport is mandatory, a driver's license is not sufficient). EU foreigners living in Germany please use the valid identity card/passport issued in their country of origin, nationals of non-EU countries need their valid passport. It is possible to pick up your passport in person at your local post office if you are not available (you will be notified accordingly).

Important notice regarding the current situation caused by the "Corona virus": During the current situation "Corona virus" the DHL age verification for FSK-18 items cannot take place as usual. For the protection of the deliverer and recipient, no delivery attempt will be made at this time. Therefore, shipments will be taken directly to the store and the recipient can pick up the shipment there.

Exact spelling of name: It is important that you enter your details exactly as they appear on your identification document, i.e. your ID card. If necessary, check your details in the order process. We require all first names and the full last name and date of birth exactly as these data are listed in the identification document. Even with minor deviations, delivery is unfortunately not possible.

Delivery only within Germany: We offer shipping of items without youth clearance only to addresses within Germany. Shipping is only possible to private addresses, delivery to companies or packing stations is excluded. Delivery to foreign countries is unfortunately not possible here.

Order procedure: If you have placed an item without youth clearance in the shopping cart, we will automatically select the delivery method "Identity and age check" for you. Furthermore, we ask you to confirm your age of majority by entering your date of birth. Please make sure that you spell your name exactly. Please do not use any additions to your address, as this would result in delivery not taking place.

Delivery not possible: In the event that you are not present when delivery is attempted, you will find a notification with which you can then pick up the item as usual at the nearest postal branch. If delivery is not possible due to a name or age verification problem, the item will be returned to us and treated as a return. In this case, the invoice amount including delivery costs will be credited.

From an order value of 30,01 € we deliver free of shipping costs.

Deliveries abroad: Delivery and shipping costs

Shipping to foreign countries:

The following conditions apply:

  • Shipping conditions The delivery of the goods is worldwide. Shipping costs (including statutory value added tax).
  • All Euro prices include the respective valid German legal value added tax. In Austria this is 20 % resp. 10 %, in the Netherlands 21 % resp. 6 %, in France 19,6 % resp. 7 %, in Belgium 21 % resp. 6 % ,in Switzerland 7,7 % resp. 2,5 %and in Spain and Italy 21 % resp. Italy 21% and 4% respectively.
  • For deliveries to third countries (countries outside the EU) we do not charge VAT on the invoice.

Shipping costs to foreign countries:

The shipping costs to foreign countries are 8,00 Euro. Delivery will be made by Deutsche Post or DHL.

Certain items such as movies and PC & video games, which are marked as "No youth release according to §14 JuSchG" (or have not received an age rating at all), we can unfortunately not ship to foreign countries for legal reasons.

Delivery times:

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods in Germany (Germany) within 2-3 days, for foreign deliveries within 4-7 days after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed prepayment after the date of your payment instruction).

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made other agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the article with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

In the case of self-collection, we will inform you by e-mail about the provision of the goods and the collection options. In this case no shipping costs will be charged.
